I’m not sure if I’m ready for training. When should I start?

Everyone is ready to train; it’s just about starting at the right level for you. Each person's fitness journey and goals are unique, so having a different starting point is normal. It's almost always better to start sooner rather than later, as the longer you wait, the less likely you are to begin. Get started now, and we'll tailor the training to fit your needs and abilities.

Is working out safe for me?

Yes, working out is not only safe but will even reduces the risk of health issues and injuries outside the gym. Avoiding physical activity poses a greater risk to your health than engaging in it will. Regular exercise strengthens your body and enhances overall well-being. While there are some inherent risks in physical exercise, they are greatly minimized with proper technique, programming, and execution. As your personal trainer, I would guide you to help avoid mistakes that could lead to injury, ensuring your workouts are both safe and effective.

I don’t live near Boston/can’t train in person. Can we still work together?

Absolutely! I offer custom training programs that you can follow without needing me there in person. My virtual services provide all the guidance and support you need to achieve your goals, no matter where you are.

Get To Know Me

I didn't always love working out. I used to think it was one of the last things I would even like. I came to find out that my preconceived notions were wrong - The process was actually very enjoyable for me to get in to and the results were addicting.

I found that the addition of exercise in my life was bringing me an abundance of rewards inside and outside of the gym. I noticed my mood being better, feeling more confident, improved cognitive function, higher energy levels, and just overall feeling better. My new routine trickled into other areas of my life where I started being more mindful of what I put in my body, taking better care of myself, and understanding the weight that these choices I make hold.

After seeing the joy I found in getting my fitness under control, I wanted to help others do the same. I received my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for a formal education and began training. Through my commercial gym experience, I developed an astute understanding of the field, where I deduced that I could apply my entrepreneurship degree to my career in fitness.

I have since began my own training business, where I have helped individuals of all demographics and fitness backgrounds achieve their goals. I pride myself in taking top quality care of all my clients, and helping them find a practical way to get them to where they want to be. I’m of the belief that results can and should be seen, so I take it as my job to ensure that for anyone working with me.
